Are you sure it's menstrual cramps? It might be appendicitis. Vomiting & diarrhea are common with bad cramps.
Get into the tub and soak in water as warm as you can handle without burning. Or get a heating pad on your lower abdomen.

If you mean menstral cramps, then exercise is one of the best things you can do. Go jogging or do a cardio workout. It doesn't seem like a good idea but it is actually a great natural remedy. It its muscle then exercise is also a good thng but massages work best.

Get up and excersize. hard to believe, but excerzing helps get rid of cramps. also avoid caffine, it can make it worse. take a hot/warm bath, or but a hot water bottle on ur tummy. if none of these things helps and u get cramps often, talk to ur doctor. if u get it normally during or b4 ur period, u r just going through PMS, nothing to worry about. hope my tips helped! Get Well!

Heating pads (or makeshift ones of a wet dishtowel in a plastic food storage bag...stuck in the microwave), hot baths, or even exercise...even though it probably feels like the last thing you want to do.
