On another Note, he was far from perfect,he married a Child, conducted Caravan raids. I would not call that perfection by any stretch of the Imagination

You wrote: "I thought he was just a Man".

Because you know nothing about Islam which is religion of 1.4 billion humans. You don't have to become Muslim but at least should learn basics of Islam to know how they think so you don't hurt their feelings and be more effective when you have to deal with Muslims or even to sell a product to them.

To Muslims Prophet Mohammad is next to God.
God Revealed His Divine Book A-Quran to Prophet Mohammad and he explained to Muslims true meanings of the words of Quran by practicing it in his life and by showing Muslims the true way of life. Muslim don't worship Mohammad. They love Mohammad next to God. Allah is only Arabic name of God.
Quran is the greatest miracle of God because it will continue showing light to the people living in darkness of ignorance until the end of his world.

If you're refering to the teddy bear thing, that was just ridiculous.

However, we hate to see Muhammad(SAW) depicted as something he's not, which is the prophet of God. It is a matter of respect.

The riots and the chaos that happen are just not right and an example of overreacting.

because there is nothing negative about him so why would you just make up something when it never existed .he is a prophet and we also feel the same way if you joke about Jesus or moses or David or Abraham or Josef they are prophets and should be respected

So was Jesus. People hold their beliefs close because they are ingrained in their identities. So come on now. Insulting someone's prophet is going to offend them.

because he was the modle for all of man to follow, because he was THE PERFECT MAN..because we respect him so much for his behavior his attitude and his character..peope who say he go F*** himself or that he gathers with the sahaba to shave their buts are of course going to hurt us..he is part of our way of life because we follow his way of life

the "just a man part" is so that we don't turn up worshipping him like the christians worship jesus.a man...who ate, slept, pooped, peed, and was a ..human..
