The angels have free will just like we do. Why do you rebel against God?

The people before the flood had 120 years to change their ways and tp repent, they failed to do so and continued to rebel against God, so God put His foot down

The answer to your question is Free Will ....God created everything even the angels and gave them free will he is not a dictator and does not want ppl to serve or love him because they fear him. Satin is the reason his rebellion and influence caused then to fall and that is why There was a war in heaven and they were thrown out. Now as for Noahs time the Nephilim had caused the ppl to be so bad that God was hurt by what he saw but since some were good he did give them a chance to have salvation and not be destroyed Noah spoke for 40 yrs before the flood so God was patient but he also realized that only some would listen. Gen chapter 6 -7 will explain in full what im saying.

In Noah's day the fallen angels that rebelled against God were going into the human women and breeding with them and creating evil that God did not want in His world. They were violent, evil and becoming worse by each day. They knew how to mix genes and half human half animal things were walking the earth. There is a lot of truth to mythology. We are creating these monsters today. Or they will be here shortly.

Does that make you think of anything? Maybe a man's ear on the back of a mouse?

God is perfect and is never wrong because he creates all the natural and supernatural laws that exist and there is no one who can change them or Him.
The reason angels are able to rebell is not because God is imperfect, but because God has a way He wants things done and he apparently created them and humans with the free will to decide to follow Him or not.
God is a perfectionist. He has a standard of perfection that He expects to be met. I imagine that angels are able to meet that standard becaust they (those who didn't rebel) are not condemned like Satan and his followers, nor are they affected with the sin nature like we are which starts us off at odds with God.
God is good. This is not to be confused with safe. God knows what' s best for us and always gives us that. This is why Jesus sacrificed Himself. It was His mercy for us that carried out His justice. Love includes both mercy and justice.
He met both of those requirements himself and saved us.
He gave up everything dear to him to ge could save us and be with us.
As far as Noah is concerned, the bibnle says that the human race was infiltrated by the "Sons of God" who I believe are the fallen angels. They married the "daughters of men" who I believe to be female humans. This act of free will ruined god's plan for us. Besides that, The bible also says that the thoughts of men ( and deeds by default) were "only evil all the time" (Gen 6:1-5)
I would guess that Noah and his family either had not had sexual relations with the angels thus preserving the human bloodline, or they were the only family who still worshipped God. This would be a reason for God to preserve the human race without having to re-create mankind again.
Forgiveness, not perfection is at the heart of Christianity because it is Gods natue to forgive ...for a time. Then He must also exercize judgement.
Think about it, if ther were a family who lost a loved one to a rape/murder and they were not caught, how could God be loving to that victim, spouse, parents if he didn't judge the person who did that crime? Love is both Judgement and mercy. He's the master at balancing those two seemingly opposite properties perfectly.
God is absolutely King and ruler. He does not run a democracy. He rules with justice and gives us freedom. The bible says that "where the spirit of the Lord is, there is libert"y(2 Corinthians 3:7). We are free in God to be who we are created to be withhout having to please anyones unrealistic standards.

Maybe God allows the Angels free will as well as us. All wrong doing and crimes have consiquinces. Man is no different. Is that not how it SHOULD work? Imagine the world with no consiquinces or punishment. Thank God for "reaping what we sew". Me included. As I have made many mistakes and learned many lessons along my journey. And this is just my opinion, But, isnt it just a little arrogant of you to expect to live life as you please to your own will. And then question God's motives! He is a "Just God"! If you dont like what You got, You make the move, you change things in your own life. They had a choice and so do you.

We are given free agency. Also the angel which caused this rebellion was Lucifer (bringer of light) which was at the same level as Jesus Christ. We were given a plan and a choice to accept it or reject it for our 1st estate. Many will even still yet reject Gods plan after death after this life. Though this life is what we will be judged on as our probationary state. This is how we can progress eternally.

There are many of the dead that see God as a tyrant. Yet there is not just a heaven and a hell but 3 kingdoms of glory and outer darkness which we know as hell. ultimately God has given us every chance to return to him. Rejecting him is a choice as we are not "forced" to do any thing.

God's ideas are spiritual, perfect, and eternal. We in our error, expect God to perfect or recreate a "substance" or "situation" that would "seem" to make our human "life" better. God can not change what He can't make, so it is up to us to get with the program, instead of perpetually wondering what on earth is going on. We must be diligent seekers of truth, or it will remain unseen for many generations.

The Angels wanted to take over and also they were jealous of God creating man.Answer to question 2,3 is NO.3- they were unbeliever's Noah warned them of the flood and they laughed at him. Absolutely not, God does not make errors. satan deceived them like he does to the world and turns them against God. One thing I have learned and am still trying to master is not to judge God. I would rather carelessly judge the whole world than judge God.
What it is that turns us against God is our lack of knowledge And basically that is one of the main reasons we are here to build our Faith and trust in God and in His character. So we are not deceived into rebelling against Him.
