Yes you're still a minor, and they are responsible for you. you not living in a proper home can get them in trouble

You should contact child services immediately. You can find the number listing either by calling 411 or by looking in the phone book. Just like the first person who answered your question, I agree, you are still a minor and this is considered neglectful, perhaps even abusive. Best wishes to you.

You could but I think that it would be your parents that would get in trouble. Really it depends on the state you live in. Like in Texas the age is 16 as long as you check in with your parents and show them you are in good shape and that you are safe. So it really varies between states.

Your parents are responsible for you until the age of 18. So if you miss school your parents will be arrested as long as you are under the age of 16.

you wouldn't get in as much, if any, trouble as your parents would.
they are legally responsible for you until the age of16 (in canada), however they gave you consent. Regardless, that is a form of abuse and its considered neglect. I remember getting kicked out of the house at 11pm with out a coat. you need to call someone, things need to change.

You got your parent's consent, so you wouldn't be in trouble. But, it's still wrong for your parents to tell you to leave.

probably but honestly they would get in more trouble than you.. that's CRAZY having them telling you to leave. trust me i did it once too.. theyll be begging for you to come back soon and theyre probably going thinking youll come back.. when they realize youre not coming back... theyll realize what they did was wrong

you can get emancipated legally if your parents agree and its not against the law where you live
