Honestly, an untrained dog can be a real pain - a risk to himself, his owner and to other people and animals. Owning an undisciplined dog may result to:
- Destruction to your home
- Social isolation
- Accidents
- Injuries
- Legal claims against you
- Stress to all concerned
- The dog being unwanted

Canines that always get their own way will believe that life revolves around them and for that reason they must be important. Since dogs are looking for controlling different resources than humans, their bid for power usually goes undetected until it’s too late. Obedience and house training your dog and ensuring he’s not raised to a top position inside the home will keep your relationship with him well-balanced in your favor, as it must be for satisfaction all round.

First know that Llahsas are about the toughest breed to housebreak.

Second, only paper train if you plan on having the dog use papers for the rest of its life. If outside is the long-term goal, don't paper train. Crate train instead.

Consistency and patience is the key.

first get rid of the entire idea. then train it to go outside. i reccomend the crate training method. whenever u cant watch the dog like a hawk u put it in the crate. take it out every hour to go potty and if it goes u praise like heck then when it gets in the house put it back in the crate right away

Why would you want to paper train???
Train him to go outside.
Unless you live in a high rise, but then again, you still need to take him outside for exercise and fresh air.
Ditch that idea.

use puppy pads instead. They use a scent to attract the dog and they are far less messy. They are really inexpensive these days.

Here's a site that sells them.
