It makes me feel the person is disrespectful, and unintelligent. Someone who can't put a full thought together without using profanity.

Our society has endured a lot in the last few years, but I would venture to say that in a work place (where you work), a place of business, or in fact any public space, people should show respect for the others around them and control their language. Somehow people think that their right to self-expression comes before the peace and rights of others. Those words are best spoken when one is at home, and preferably alone.
