We both work at a resturant and he's a waiter and i'm a cook and he won't share his tips.We both make the same amount of salary.He hides his tips in the car so he won't have to share with me.

He earned those tips so he shouldn't have to give you any of it.
Besides,he's dealing with the customers so his job is harder than yours.

Unless it's the policy of your workplace that you share the tips, he's under no obligation to share. Take it up with your boss.

If he is breaking the restaurant's policy, bring it up to your supervisor. I've never heard of cooks getting tips, though.

As far as I know, cooks are not tipped employees, and waiters are, he's under no obligation to share his tips with you.
