What Program can i use to transfer songs from my pc to ipod???{i have a windows 98}?

i cant get itunes!

This website has old versions of iTunes. One of them may be compatible with Windows 98.

Buy Windows XP used from eBay, shouldn't run you more than like $30. It will be well worth it, very stable system, and it will find all the necessary drivers automatically.

Then get iTunes or Windows Media Player version 10.
