No, a person can't be *instantly* healed of anorexia. There isn't some kind of medicine you can take to quickly get over anorexia if that's what you mean.
It's a day by day process. I think daily or weekly therapy is the way to get over it. I doubt there's a set number of days either -- therapy is individually tailored to the person to help them get over their illness. I imagine it isn't easy, but with enough time, patience, and determination, a person can definitely get over it!

YES with a lot of help and love and support many people think anorexia is a mental illness and i Guess it is they think they r fat when they r not so much so it affects their psychical and mental health it is a hard disease but like with any problem help shud be sought there is help out there for almost every problem just check on the Internet for a start

anorexia is a problem of self perception
anorexics invariably perceive themselves to be 'fatter' than they are (which is always 'too fat')
the more you understand and know about it the 'easier' the cure
AND IT IS 'CURABLE'
