We try hard to hide our noticing. It's common belief that openly noticing a guy makes people think you like them, and when you do that, you look desperate.
Sad, but true.
Don't worry though, you're being noticed. Every girl in the room is probably judging you when you walk in :]

women ,s two brain function togather all the time.that,s why they can not make a decesion untill they talk to a person,but lady to lady is different. men use his second brain in time of need, he is always take the decesion by taking time when he feels this is the right time.that,s why women are losing their temper very fast some time.depends.thanks.

As a lady, I notice everyone around me. I make it a point to politely address people and start conversations with them.
Maybe you need to find a different group of ladies to be around.

Thats not necessarily true. If you stand in front of them and make monkey sound and scratch yourself, they'll probably notice.

well they could spot u if u catch there eye- if u dont catch there eye then its most likley they notice u but dont care because u dont confrunt them if u do talk to her she will have to notice u

well becuz if ur not gonna talk then u must be shy and well no one likes shy guys i talk to guys that talk to me so if a guy doesn't talk to me then how'm i gonna notice him when i'm busy talking to someone else...
