How do you know she likes you; did you speak to her, did she tell you, send you a message through another person, or let you know in some other fashion.If you don't know for sure about her feelings, it could explain her refusal to go out with you. While you may like her, it does not follow that she would feel the same way.Until and unless you are positive she likes you, and likes you in a romantic manner, I suspect you are going to continue to get the same response.

If she denies you whenever you ask her out, I think maybe you have been getting mixed signals...she apparently doesn't like you as you thought she did. Move on.

well don't have your friends ask her out for you...omg..today this dude had his friend ask my friend out and she would've said yes but she wuzn't sure if he wuz just joking..which he wuzn't...cuz well we found that out a little late..but he'll ask her out again...oh so back 2 ur problem...just take a break for a lil. bit and just u know hang out then after a while she'll probably be like aww man i wasted my chance with him then surprise her and ask her out again...well yeah...wow i give great advise..good luck...

are you possitve absolutly possitve she likes you. if you are then ok. but when you ask her out and she says no possibley she doesnt liek you. another reason it could be is that maybe she is not ready to date she just has a crush on you. =)

she's most likely shy and is very indecisive and doesn't know how she really feels.
just give her time and space.
she could also be scared and feeling pressured.
