Bad idea. Never EVER let on that you're smitten with a girl, or you'll never get anywhere. Women like wusses only to a certain point and then they cast them aside like so much used trash.

Yes, certainly tell her you find her attractive. Most women, heck, scratch that, everybody likes to be told that.
However, lay off the 'prettiest girl I ever met' stuff. While this may serve you for a little while, if she ever really gets the idea that you are totally head over heels for her, she'll start to test what she can and cannot get away with.
