Are there any free DVD compression programs out there for Mac OSX?

I made a homemade vacation video on my computer that looks awesome. The problem is I made it too big for your standard blank DVD. It needs to be compressed and I don't feel like spending money on it.

If memory serves, one or both iMovie and iDVD have built-in compression tools.

In each program, click on the Help Files for tips and tutorials.
