i lost my television manual i am having a problem with my tv how can i get a manual?

i have a big screen tv, the picture keeps going black yet i have audio.. the picture will be fine and then it will go black

Go to the manufacturers web site. Look under products or support. You might try entering your model number in a search box.

Eventually, you should be able to find that manual as a web page or .pdf document.

You usually can go to the makers website with the make and model of your TV and they will usually have a pdf version of the manual.
