A composite photo done in PhotoShop. To achieve this, you convert one of the identical images to grayscale then copy the photograph into two separate layers, then using the eraser tool, remove the part of the image you either want in color or B&W on one of the layers.

Its called Sepia. in CompuPic Pro. It's taking out all the color and having a light color around it.
