The bones will usually work themselves out, but if they are too painful and you can't wait it out you can always go back into the dentist office and have them removed, it is really quick and easy.

The same thing happened to me when I had my wisdom teeth removed...the lower one was impacted and the dentist had a devil of a time getting it out. For several weeks after that I had little shards of bone working their way out through my gums. I was away at college at the time and it would have been a royal pain to go all the way home to see my dentist so I pulled them out myself. All you need is a mirror, flashlight and a pair of tweezers...not a big deal.

Usually they'll work their way out by themselves. But if they're really bad, you can call the dentist. He should be able to take them out free of charge. It's a very common problem after anyone gets their teeth pulled.

you should go see the dentist. those are small pieces of bone that stuck to the tooth when it was pulled. its part of the dentist's aftercare to remove those

they aren't bones... they are little tiny pieces of broken tooth... they will work themselves out. Don't waste the dentists time
