The Lynx is over twice the size of a bobcat. A bobcat is a little bigger than a Maine Coon cat. We have both side by side at our museum, the lynx is phenominal.

Bobcats are also known as Bay Lynx, or Lynx rufus. I believe a Bobcat is a species of Lynx.

This is what I found;

Lynx is slightly larger than a Bobcat with longer legs bigger ear tufts and a lighter less spotted coat. They both have extraordinary night vision and are rarely seen as they hunt at night and stay clear from human populations. They can see a mouse from 75m (250ft) and they can leap more than 4m (13ft) in a single jump. They have very wide paws covered in a thick fur, which enables them to run on the deep snow.

HOPE THIS HELPS.
