This guy liked me a lot last yearr, and nothing happened because I didnt' let it. But what do you think, if I see him again, do you think something can happpen?

well that depends. a year ago is a long time and if the guy still has feelings for you then sure there is a chance. sometimes guys just move on, however, and you may get rejected. but more often than not dudes are needy and if not in a relationship will at least be willing to see where things can go wtih you. That is a very opened ended question and I doubt anyone on here will be able to answer that but you.
You should be the one to decide if or when something happens involving your heart. mind or body. There is no one on the earth other than you to decide what to do with something as near to you as your own body.
If you don't have the right connections with this guy. Then let it pass... If something is meant to happen and the timing is right in your life you will know it without a doubt.

Well it is always a good start to atleast try. You can talk to him, and even ask him to hang out and maybe go out sometime. Take it slow, that way, if it doesnt work out you can atleast be friends.

it all depends if you have feelings, if you flirt and other stuff.
he might think you dont like him at all because you put up a defense system last year, but maybe hell open up to you again.

i've had that happen to me before and i think that it's definetly possible. just flirt and see what happens. give it a week or so. if nothing comes of it after that it's time to re-evaluate.
