First off, you don't buy anything for free.
If you want something cheap they should sell them at gas stations.

First, "buy" and "free" are different things. It is not likely that you are going to get anything free. In general people sell various items for money and are not at all likely to give you anything for free.
Secondly, if you are under 18 it would not be legal.
Third cheap cigars are gross. If you can not scrape together at least $8 (or better yet $10-$15) then just don't bother. Cheap cigars are just gross and not even worth smoking. Buy a good one and smoke less. I buy one good one and smoke it for 2 days.
Lastly be careful because some of the stronger ones make some people dizzy.
