Yes you can, like the above person said, if both of you have sores in your mouths. Because that means that blood is able to mix and get into each other's systems. But, it is extremely rare, ridiculously rare, nothing that should be worried about. You would have to be the unluckiest person in the world to catch aids/hiv that way

Defiantly not. HIV, the virus that causes AIDS is spread by bodily fluids such as blood, sexual fluids, and breast milk. Not saliva.
