Ok I am not talking about ones with any kind of cereal in them. I had an awesome recipe from my mom but unfortunately left it in missouri when i moved. Anyways I know the ingredients were peanut butter (1/2 cup i think), light corn syrup(1 cup maybe?) powdered milk (dont remember how much), and powdered sugar (dont remember how much). My question is does anyone know the recipe,, I mean how much of each ingredient?

Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Balls Peanut Butter Butter Powdered Sugar Chocolate Put 1/3 cup of peanut butter in a mixing bowl with 3 Tablespoons of butter and mix both together. Gradually add 1 cup of powdered sugar, mixing until all ingredients are combined. Lay out a sheet of wax paper on a flat surface. Using your fingers, shape the mixture into 1 inch balls and place them on the wax paper. Let them stand until dry. (Will be about 20 minutes) put chocolate into a bowl over a sauce pan over boiling water and heat just enough to melt it. Once melted, take off the heat and let it sit for 15 to 30 seconds. One at a time, using tongs, pick a peanut butter ball up and dip it into the coating. Hold the ball over the pan and let the excess coating drip off. Place the ball back on the sheet of waxed paper and repeat the process until all balls are covered with chocolate. Once done, let them stand until coating is firm. Store tightly covered in the refrigerator.

The only ingredients you need for peanut butter balls are peanut butter, margarine (not butter) and powdered sugar. Here is an awesome recipe I always use:

12 oz. peanut butter
2 sticks margarine
1 lb powdered sugar

mix together, roll into balls, refrigerate - simple as that

if you want them chocolate dipped, use a 1/4 bar of paraffin wax and 1 12 oz pkg of chocolate chips

mix choc chips and wax in pan on medium heat - dip refrigerated peanut butter balls in chocolate with a toothpick and place onto wax paper!

Easy Peanut Butter Balls

3/4 cup peanut butter, smooth
1/4 cup margarine, softened
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
8 ounces chocolate chips

In a medium bowl knead peanut butter, margarine, vanilla and sugar, with your hands, until smooth dough is formed.
Shape into half-inch balls, place on tray lined with wax paper and freeze for at least one hour.
Melt chocolate in the microwave.
Use 20-second zaps and mix in between each zap until smooth.
Insert a toothpick into each peanut butter ball and dip ball into melted chocolate.
Return to wax paper and refreeze.
Store in airtight container and serve from frozen.
