Sit on the floor or a bed with legs straight out in front of you. Bend right knee up and put your rt. foot flat on floor just to the left of your left knee. Turn to the right with your upper body and put your left elbow to the right of your left knee. Put your right hand behind you and twist around to your right until you are looking backwards. From there bend your right elbow and let your right shoulder go down to the floor behind you. You may come unglued, but that's o.k.
Now reverse the move and turn to the other side.
After you go both ways. Lie flat on the floor (or bed) face down, and push your upper body up with your arms and look up, letting your back arch, keeping your hips and legs on floor.

sit on a chair and turn your back while your legs and waist still face forward until it cracks and then in the opposite direction

or lay down with your lower back on the chair and lean until you pop it

the first one works best though

sit in a chair (one that does not spin) turn counterclockwise and reach with right hand to edge of chair and pull and twist your body at the same time. (thats how i do it)

sit straight up, and turn your body left and right
or sit very straight and stick ur chest out as far as possible, pulling your shoulder blades together
