Email or write your previous employer and request a copy, also contact the IRS and explain your situation because you might have penalties for not filing

Your best bet is to go back to your employer(s) and get another copy. You can request a transcript from the IRS of them but they don't give you the state and local county taxes withheld. If you live in a state where there is a state tax. The IRS number you can call is 1-800-829-1040 and you'll want to talk to a live person. You can get the form to request copies online at www.irs.gov but then in order to get them quickly, you'll need access to a fax machine.

You should contact your employer(s) to obtain copies and file the returns ASAP. The good news is that if you are truly due a refund, the IRS will not charge you a penalty for failing to file. They don't mind having your money...they really get ticked off when you have their money though!
