Usually if someone says that you look like a goody too shoo, it means that you are dressed more conservatively than they are. In turn, they are usually under-clothed (showing a little too much skin) and feeling a little embarrassed by it.

People have a tendency to try and get negative attention on someone else if they feel it might be on them. But usually it just makes them look even more trashy.

I wouldn't worry about it! :) It has nothing to do with being pretty or ugly just how much you're flaunting your "assets".

Goody-Two-Shoes is a phrase that is used to describe someone who sticks to the rules.

It doesn't mean pretty or ugly...just someone that's a rule follower, and doesn't rebel, really.
