My dog did--he blew through the gate and ran out into the road right in front of a car, which swerved and barely missed him. And then he kept running. The near death part happened when dragged his sorry butt home about 6 hours later, covered in smelly black mud, after touring the swamp.: I nearly killed him.
No seriously, I have--but I didn't see God or Heaven or anything like that. I woke up in the hospital after going into cardiac arrest--I won't tell you what caused this condition, lol. I just remember seeing my kids faces the whole time, even when out of my body, and thinking I would never see them again if I didn't get my act together.

I have at lest two one a really bad car wrack That I am very Blessed to have walked away from without any worng with me. And when i lived in Brasil. God Hand are on me and i feel very great full to him. Man Jesus Rocks!!
