Rachael Ray has a great no-cook fudge recipe (except for the melting of the chocolate and butterscotch chips) which you can throw together in about 15 minutes. I'm sure her website has the recipe on it.

You do not bake fudge candy!!! You bake fudge cake?? but not candy!!

If you want to make fudge go get some marshmallow creme and follow the recipe on the jar!! That way you will not have to boil it very long.

Be very careful and don't burn your fingers!!!

Fudge doesn't get baked... fudge brownies get baked. Fudge gets boiled, because it's candy.
