The reason I say "pretty sure" is because I have an MRI schedule because they weren't able to get me in the day I went. I'm on anti inflamitories and steriods. Its just really freaking me out that my spine is tingling and my back is starting to get numb. Thanks for the imput!

Unfortunately when you start with back pain, several things occur. First you alter your stance, the way you walk, sit so that it will not be as painful. Then you start to tense up, because it hurts and who wants to be in pain? As this continues, the initial problem may be solved, but because you have tensed up other areas and changed your stance to allow for the pain, you are putting other areas under undue pressure, so like the Domino affect, the area now under pressure start to play up. You state your Doc is 'pretty sure' it is sciatica, so I assume you have had a MRI? If not you need to find out why you may have Sciatica.
