There's a sports bar next to our store, and their music (obviously) needs to be loud. We asked them to lower the volume, and they agreed to put it lower. We're currently trying to figure out how we can make this work. The wall is very thin and we hear loud bass all day.

I was wondering if sound absorbers help if they put them on the wall. (With the bass and everything)

If not, are there any suggestions?

You may want to hire a sound engineer to figure this out. I know bass is very penetrating, even at low volumes, and is difficult to muffle.
You may want to contact you county's code enforcement office to see what the ordinance is-- it may be considered a "nuisance".
Failing that, have you ever wondered why the last occupants of your place moved out? It may be time for you to, also.
