She lives in Newton, IL (62448) and can't find anyone who will do dentist work on her with medicaid. She lives in a small town and can't find a dentist or eye doctor that accepts medicaid. Where can she find a provider listing? Like I said it's small town and her caseworker is useless, he doesn't know. He's the only caseworker in the town.

She has worked her entire life, and is now in the end stages of cancer, and can't work, and isn't old enough to be eligible for medicare, so she is on medicaid.

She has very bad teeth and want's to just get them all pulled.

The case worker is not doing her job - I might even report her. She should know where to get this info. First - go to the phone directory or call the 1 800 5551212 and ask for the Medicaid hotline for the state of Illinois - and ask for a list of the nearest providers to your town...unfortunately as she lives in a small town - she may have to travel many miles to a big town to get a provider who'll pull her teeth - or for eye care - I'm on Medicaid too and have to travel far on a bus to see my dentist as I'm low income, I used to be a nurse , but can't do that work anymore... best wishes , sorry about your Mom..

Medicaid should be able to refer your mother to participating dentists. If not, use the phone book or 1-800-dentist for a list of dentists to call and find out if they take medicaid.

She needs to call every dentist in town and see who she can find. She needs to explain her situation and see if someone will help her out.
