A great smile gets me to pay attention, but there are lots of things that help the process. Attractiveness (totally subjective) which can include the way she dresses, does her hair, smells, behaves and everything else that involved the visual. I also like a nice voice and pretty much stay away from anyone too loud or obnoxious. Smoking totally turns me off.
