It sounds like it might be someone like Frank Sinatra or something. It's old. There are background singers, and they are singing "happy holidays, happy holidays, happy holidays to you".

Thanks Leighton. Actually there are two right answers here. I finally had enough information to look it up and it was a Bing Crosby/Frank Sinatra duet from a movie, but the one I always hear, and that is the one I was wondering about, is Andy Williams. I'm guessing it's been remade by a few other people, too. I'm going to have to put it to a vote, so everybody pick one for me, okay. Thanks.

The two recordings that seem to get the most "airplay" in my years of experience are the Andy Williams cover and the Bing&Frank duet. Many others have recorded it over the decades since it was introduced by Bing in Irving Berlin's classic film "Holiday Inn", but those two renditions seem to get more exposure than any others. My personal favorite is Andy's version,

until eventually now i replaced into at a Christmas Eve carrier singing lots of them and nevertheless have them dealing with my head with Christmas right here. singing them somewhat places me in the Christmas spirit. I in no way tire of them on account that they're sang merely for a short time. Merry Christmas Scooter Squirrel. Have a great one :)
