Chris has been quite active today as far as I can tell, I'm not sure about the other 2.
Catholic Crusader: I just remembered another one, Pastor Art. He used to be bigger than CJ/Chris at one point, but has been laying low for some reason for the past few months.

I do remember a couple of folks who really hated Catholics and refused to hear the truth about what they accused us of doing. I wonder if these loud haters are better than those who are quiet about it but hate us just the same.

Do they really hate Catholics? I think that they strongly disagree and aren't terribly shy, or necessarily tactful, about it. Does that really equal hatred? Please don't be counted among society's many perpetual victims.
