It depends on your overall health to begin with.
But nearly everyone will start to show decreased functioning after 24 hours.

It usually takes a loss of sleep every night for several days. Having a newborn to care for will do it. Your immune system will become weaker and you will catch things easier and get a lot sicker than someone else.

It depends on the state of your health in general, and on how well you're taking care of yourself otherwise.
Speaking from experience, I can guarantee that you'll feel wobbly just after the first 24 hours.

Last time i stayed up till 5 in the morn then at 9 I had to go to football practice. Never in my life will i stay up that late.

After 48 hours things start to go down hill.
After 72 hours you begin to lack judgement.
Depending on how healthy you are it's hard to say how long your heart would hold out.
