Do you snore at night?
if yes it could be sleep apnea. The predominant symptom of sleep apnea is feeling like you can't get enogh sleep, always feeling tired, falling asleep during the day. If you have sleep apnea treatment provides excellent results.
Check sleep apnea in the web and compare symptoms.
Good luck.

You didn't say how old you are. If your younger - under 20 say, you need more sleep than that. If you're 25 or older, you could not be getting enough vitamins in your system, you could also have some type of autoimmune disorder. There are a couple disorders like chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) or fibromyalgia that be causing your symptoms.
You should see a doctor and describe your symptoms in detail and let your doctor know if there is any physical pain associated with how your feeling.

Are you getting enough water or good nutrition? How well are you sleeping when you lay down?
If the answers are yes, yes, and well, and if you're past your adolescence- when the blood pressure and body are in general going through changes- there are other things to check.
Is your blood iron low? Do you have trouble with your heart or blood pressure?
If good nutrition doesn't correct the problem, you may want to get a check-up to make sure nothing else is going on.
Good luck!

I have the same problem, and have just been diagnosed with angina 2 weeks ago. I'm waiting for an appointment to go into hospital (very soon I hope) for an angioplasty.
But as I am not a doctor I would not attempt to give you any medical advise. The only advise that I would give you is to go and see your GP to put your mind at rest.
