You look familiar... are you an actor or something?
Realize that your "fave" singer gets harrassed by 10,000 people a day. They get annoyed to no end that people scream their names when they are walking down the street.
I'd pretend like I wasn't sure. By doing that you are probably going to at least get a, "You seriously don't know me?"... Then you can confess and say you did... You'd have started a conversation.
Just screaming and running up and saying, "Oh my God, Oh my God, Oh my God" is going to make them want to get out of there as quickly as possible. That's why the first, and only things they normally say are, "where do you want me to sign my name... and who sould I make this out too".
