Ask at your work how they think about it.
Often they do not like you to be away for a long time, but some places allow you to combine your two years worth of days into one 10 week holiday.

Most places will not allow you to take more than 3 weeks at one time.

I often take a few long weekends not too far from home and one 3 or 4 week holiday.

Some years I have been lucky enough to get 6 or 7 weeks at one go, by saving days from one year to the next.

Best take your days the way you have most use from them, but just travel any way you can.

If you can take a 4 week holiday, (time and money wise) you can travel a country or area real well or combine several smaller areas, the 5th week can be a separate trip closer to home, to a place you would miss out on otherwise.
