If a serial killer- repents of his sins, turns to Christ as payment for his sins, yes He is saved and forgiven. Jesus died for THE WHOLE WORLD- if you were a Christian you would rejoice also at anyone that repents- God does.

Yes. If a murderer, no matter what kind, accepts Christ as his savior, and endures til the end, he/she shall be saved. The bible is clear, however, the same is not true for someone who has already accepted Christ and then murders. For that person there remains no sacrifice for sin. (Hebrews 10:26 & I Peter 4:14-16).

Christians forgave God, who killed everyone on earth except 8 boatpeople and their pets but still believed in Jesus, so they *should* if they are going to be consistent.
