How do you know he is here? If I had to guess, I'll say Vladimir Putin. Did you notice last summer when he overflew British airspace with eight heavy nuclear bombers? Or how about his military conducting joint military operations with China on Russian soil?

The anti-Christ must appear to have much "good" in him, and the Russian people seem to be happy with him. He has not caused any problem for any nation except Chechnya, and is well liked by our own "leader" and the majority of the nations of the earth. He also commands a massive military which he has concentrated in building and expanding for the last eight years.

But to say the anti-Christ is here is also to say we have been cast into Revelations, and the end of the earth as we know it is 7 years away. That is a stretch to believe.

The antichrist (instead of Christ in the Greek) is satan.

Satan is held in heaven by Michael, an archangel. Satan's been there since Christ told him “...get thee hence” in the desert (Matthew 4:10). Michael is also keeping satan from taking over heaven by force.

At the 6th seal, 6th trump, 6 vial, Michael will boot satan from heaven to earth (Revelation Chapter 12:6-9). Keep in mind that Revelation is a Prophetic book making the word SAW into the futuristic word "will" fall etc.

Satan’s spirit, just as the Holy Spirit, is here, but De facto he is not.

Edit:

When you say "the antichrist" with the "the" in front of "antichrist", it's satan, playing his role as antichrist.

After years of studying scripture I have been able to determine it is.........The purple Teletubby. We KNOW what that triangle means....

Actually it was Nero, if you read Revelations, in context to what was happening at the time it was written, its clear John is talking about the current churches of the day and Nero. John was convinced that Jesus was returning before he died. So it was all coming to a dramatic end.

The fun part of apocaliptic prophetic books like, Revelations is that they are so vague that they can be applied to almost any part of current life. Given enough time I could present a very good case that the Anti Christ IS the purple teletubby.

That is why biblical scripture is not reliable for every day life.

There is NO "THE anti-christ" in the Scriptures. It is a SPIRIT that plagues MANY people. The MAIN teaching is produces is a DENIAL that the Messiah came in the FLESH, BLOOD, and NATURE of Abraham's seed line.

2Jo 1:7 For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Yahshua Messiah is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antimessiah.

It automatically teaches that the Messiah Yahshua DID NOT have to be anointed with the Spirit of Yahweh. The commonly held views of the virgin birth are a manifestation of someone that has this Spirit of ANTI_MESSIAH, it includes most every modern 'christian' and of course the pope and his followers along with numerous others.

There is not just ONE antichrist. The term "antichrist" was first coined in the Bible....and it says that there are many antchrists. Some have already come into the world. But they are not like the ones in secular books and movies.

Duh 2 is wrong. Yes there are many Antichrists. But there is only one that can be THE Antichrist. And that of course is Satan. Now , David G is exactly right. My vote goes to him. The Name Christ means " the anointed one.
