I guess they mean extremely good looking. Now I have to warn you to be really carefull around guys like these. If someone of these guys is making a move on you, its probably not because they think you are a nice girl with a nice personality. Its because you are hot, and dating you would make them look good with the other guys. please be carefull! I have experience with guys like this and it's not worth the drama. I understand you didn't meantion anything about dating these guys, but I can understand you might feel flatered so I'm just trying to warn you.
