Not all at once. My husband is re-enlisting in the navy and gets half a couple weeks later and then the remaining balance is given over the years of his re-enlistment ever october 1st. Dont forget the lovely taxes that come out also

No man you would get yor bonus once you are done with basic and AIT. Not all at once though. You would get it when you sign into your Reserve unit and turn in the paperwork. The most you can get is $10,000 the first year and then on the anniversary of the day you went to basic the other $10,000.

Depends on the branch. In the Air Force, you get half upon completion of tech school, and the rest is divided up and given in equal increments on each anniversary of you enlistment. Not sure how the other branches do it though.

Bonuses are paid in installments. except they replaced while i became in the 1st is a million/2 of the bonus ($2000 in the previous taxes) which ought to come out around 1400-1500 funds. something is in installments to be paid on the anniversary of his enlistment. the different decision is $4 hundred now (after taxes) and something while he finishes his required guidance.

No you will not. A lot of soldiers don't even get their bonus until AFTER basic training. Even then, some units take forever to process it.

No, you get 1/2 upon completing AIT and you get the other 1/2 a year after that.

It is well worth it!

You get your bonus after you are MOS qualified. You have to furnish a copy of your MOS orders to finance.
