Maybe while your talking you can playfully ask, "so who do you like?" then laught a little. Or ask her "I have a question for you... have you ever thought about us being together?" then maybe laugh a bit to lighten the mood in case she doesn't feel the same way. But make it so when you laugh, you dont sound like HA HA HA! but more like ha....
lol I hope this helps you. Dont ask her in person, this puts us in a very uncomfortable possition.
