I can understand your question, I am natural blond and I color my hairs since I am 16 black.
Before you do it permanent try your favorite colour with washing out colours (don'T know the engllish word for them).
Try a nice honey brown or a red (that looks always good with blue eyes).

DONT COLOR IT!! I'm blonde too, and lots of people would kill for blonde hair. If you are gonna dye it, dye it a darker shade of blonde.
