It's not a matter of whether but how. Talk is cheap. (Intimidation is the cheapest talk of all.) Action costs, but it is the most effective persuader. If a Christian can't automatically demonstrate the effect of his faith in his own life, he can't really say he himself is truly converted. So how can he presume to tell another how to believe and live? A true Christian would act in such a way as to naturally attract inquiry. He wouldn't have to "sell" Christianity with arguments. Most "evangelization" is really a poor, noisy substitute for the real thing.

The Bible describes the good news as God's power for salvation. Jesus commanded all his disciples to evangelize. It's just too bad that 99% of those who profess to be Christian would rather not.
See:
Romans 10:13-15
Matthew 24:14; 28:19, 20
Acts 1:8; 5:42; 20:20
2 Timothy 4:2

Everyone is to evangelize the Gospel.
Your mere opinion of who's "good at it" and who isn't, is not Biblical. Every believer is equipped with the Word of God and has the Holy Spirit, and He is the One that turns the heart to the Gospel preached.
The Gospel must always be preached verbally. Just "living it" won't do it. The guy below that quoted the unbiblical "preach the Gospel, and if necessary, use words" nonsense, is contrary to the Bible.

The Catholic approach was epitomized by St.Francis:
"Preach the Gospel at all times; if necessary, use words."
i.e. our actions speak louder in the way we treat people.
Trying to convince people by argument is useless.

the ones that touch a cord are inspired by the Holy Spirit ; the others need to be careful ; no one can point the finger at another or exclude them from God

I think that my place is to be a living testament, not a preacher.
