Probably not. Below a certain age, sex is illegal for anyone. That age varies by state, but 16 is the most common in the US. You'd have to check the laws in your state.

As for if it's right, that's up to the two of you. No one else can really know if you're not ready. However, I would never suggest anyone under 16 ever have sex. I just don't think most people are ready before then.

It's legal to have sex with a minor as long as you are a minor (I think). But don't have sex. You are 15, and the girl is 13. What would you do if you got her pregnant? You're just a kid. She's just a kid. Think about her future and your future. Sex can be overrated anyway (especially when you are not ready for it). Just wait awhile.

I think you are both too young to be having sex ... legally speaking it IS illegal because the 13 year old is younger than the age of consent. That being said however neither one of you is of legal age yet.

Think about it before you do anything though ....

its not againt the law but its not wise. wait for a while. are you ready to be a father. at 15 or 13 it is wise to wait besides most 13 to 18 year olds dont really know what good sex is so just wait. at the very least use protection but not doing it is the best thing to do.

Yes it is illegal (I think) unless you get permission from your parents and I think if she gets pregnant and they know the father (and her parents freak) there's legal papers both parents have to sign a stuff.

It's NOT worth it! You both have your whole lives ahead of you and don't need to be dealing with legal junk, or a child, or STD's. Typically, anyone who has sex that young winds up doing it with a whole bunch of people and wind up with STD's. And don't you dare tell me you love each other and plan on getting married, because I can promise you it's not going to last.

um its definetely legal...when teenagers are under 18 there is a 4year age difference law..but seriously 13?? they probably havent even matured enough and wouldn't know much about it..why don't you wait. that would be smart cuz i dont think a 13 year old is ready for kids lol

just try to get a lot of bath everyday to remove or lessen the heat of your burning body. you two are still very young to engage in sexually oriented activities. it might be legal in your place but its definitely illegal if you do it because not only you are a minor but the girl is still very young. it is not always right to have sex with a very young age like yours. sex is done for human reproduction buddy, not for fun or whatsoever reasons you have in mind. merry christmas!

Its probably legal but its not right to do it right now. Think of taking care of a baby cause you probably havent had sex ed yet.

It's legal but are you ready to be a daddy and is she ready to be a mommy? And if you're thinking you'll use a condom they ain't 100% honey so you can have your fun now but you might regret it later when your whole life changes
