Whos to say that all is well in nascar land? How do we know teams like hendrick with there dominating performance arent cheating and nascar is in the pocket book? prove to me that they arent? i mean no one wins 18 of 36 races, finishes 1-2 in the championship, and gets caught cheating like 7 times isn't doing some SERIOUIS cheating back @ the shops!!!

and who knows what toyota teams are planning next season and everyone knows Joe Gibbs Racing are KNOWN CHEATERS as well.. I mean look @ what he did in Washington in the NFL w/ that whole scandal...

I think all of NASCAR is cheating adn they are letting it happen and you remember that fuel thing that happened and water was all in the gasoline well that was brian frances way of letting the teams know he controls everything and it all goes through him so authorize your cheating before doing it or someone will get penalized or probation or whatver other silly rules they have in nascar.

Cheating is rampart in all sports, but it seems that with the number of teams in NASCAR the percentage is higher.
If NASCAR had a set of CAHONNIES and would enforce the rules instead of "altering" them to fit the situation all would be fine.So get enforcement and stop playing favorites.
As for the biggest cheaters in NASCAR "EVERY" team has cheated. But the Hendrick teams are the most published when it comes to finding infractions of the rules.
Again NASCAR has to step up and do some serious punishments(team suspentions from events) and the sponsors will take not and stop it.

Prove to me that Hendrick has NASCAR by the short hairs. Maybe you should study up on NASCAR hsitory before pulling claims out from where the sun doesn't shine.
Richard Petty won 10 races in a row in '67, ended up with 27 wins in 48 events. Did he buy NASCAR? Cale Yarborough won 3 cups in a row. Hmm. Widespread conspiracy in NASCAR Nation.
Stick to something you know.....whatever that is. It ain't sports.
Joe Gibbs cheating the NFL? Oh that's Bill Belichick and the NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS.
Ya run out of crack to smoke, so you come in here with idiotic claims? The only thing you know about sports is that you can;t play 'em.

It isn't in Nascar's interest to have Gordon and Johnson winning so much, it hurts ticket sales and admissions.

Nascar makes hundreds of millions of dollars for the owners, why would they risk it all for say 5 million to let someone cheat?

Your question isn't well thought out. If Nascar wanted to increase revenues they would help Dale Jr. The better he does, the more Nascar and the Frances make.

I'm a fan, but my problem is that NASCAR does not allow it's rule book to be public info. Every other sport has its full rule book available to be read on the internet. Why can't NASCAR do this?

I agree with trego...you must be thinking of f1...there may be some issues with nascars rulebook, but I do not seriously for a minute think they are enabling anyone to cheat, thats what the fines are for and the suspensions...right or wrong, its the way it is and if you have nothing better to do than pick, then get real...nascar is not set up for folks to lose or win, its racing pure and simple, you overthought it

Because it is owned by the France family, with whom all the older members with any sense are all gone and there is nothing in place to stop Brian from doing as he pleases, Nascar is not a democracy.

Chad Knaus was fines and even suspended for cheating. Jimmie Johnson still won races. I am not a Hendrick fan 1 bit, but they were just better than everyone this year. Live with it.

God I'm glad your not into politics. I keep thinking their rules and regulations are too strict. As far as the legitimacy of their rules and regulations, of course their legitimate. NASCAR can make up any rules they want. Then it's up to the team owners to decide if they want to race or not. And they do because of the competitiveness. Have you heard of any team or driver wanting to drop out of racing because they thought the rules weren't legitimate? Sounds rather silly doesn't it?

Nope, you're thinking of F1 and the whole McClaren spy scandal. At least that was proven much unlike the unsubstantiated claims you're making now. I don't know where you are from but in the United States you are INNOCENT until proven guilty, NOT the other way around.

You prove that they are cheating (Hendrick) and the rest of the teams will shower you with 100 dollar bills!!!!!!!
