There was a debate on the news on whether or not the father of Jamie Lynn Spears baby should be prosecuted for having sex with an underage girl.
My question is this, do you think he should be prosecuted, and to make this religion, please let me know what your faith is.

My understanding is that JLS's boyfriend (the father) is 19. If the statutory rape law would impose criminal liability for his sex with a minor, then he should be prosecuted accordingly.

Oh, and I'm atheist.

Yes! If he is the father of the baby or even if he otherwise had sexual relations with her, he is guilty of statutory rape, and should be prosecuted, like our friendly atheist has already said!
