I kind of didn't like my brother either when he was this age...I'm 5 years younger and hated that he didn't want to spend time with me....after a few years passed, me and him have a strong relationship and go out together clubbing, etc. It may just be a phase....is there a particular reason why you don't like him?

Why 19? He is legally an adult at 18.
Actually, your parents have to draw the line at how long your brother is permitted to stay at their house.
Sounds like you need to consider getting a job and banking your savings so you will have money to get out of the house.

I don't know what your issues are with him but I will assume that it is a severe issue. The big key is to speak with your parents about how bad it is and tell them why you feel the way that you do. If they can't help you resolve the issue and you feel it needs to be addressed, specifically something like molestation/harrassment, then seek out the local police.

i know it seems liek you hate him now, and tons of people tell you this all the time, but you will start to like him eventually
my brother just moved out and went to boot camp for the airforce, and i so excited for him to finallyyyyy leave
& now when i talk to him, he misses me which makes me miss him, & its changed our relationship alot
i cant wait to see him on christmas
if i were you, i would make the best of these last three years & try to be better friends with him

Woah-anger issues!
Yeah, I was serious about that. You can't hate your brother. That's not a very nice thing to say. Don't be mean!

How old are you and what is it about him that you hate?
If you have your own hobbies such as working out, sports or music that might help you to be distracted from him.
