Have you ever heard this story of it?

A little boy returned from Sunday school with a new perspective on the Christmas story. He had learned all about the Wise Men from the East who brought gifts to the Baby Jesus. He was so excited he could hardly wait to tell his parents.

As soon as he arrived home, he immediately began, "I learned all about the very first Christmas in Sunday school today! There wasn't a Santa Claus way back then, so these three skinny guys on camels had to deliver all the toys!

"And Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer with his nose so bright wasn't there yet, so they had to have this big spotlight in the sky to find their way around!"

God used a miricle to make Jesus, the messiah, born of the virgin, Mary. The angel, Gabriel came to Merry and told her that God usde a mirrical, for he baby would save the world from their sins.
When King Herod found out, he told three wise men to find the baby and bring Him so that he can worship him. But an angel came to the three wise men and told them not to tell Herod, for he sought to kill Jesus!
So the three wise men came to a manger in Bethlehem, where Marry and her husband Joseph, with baby Jesus, had to stay because their was no room at the inn. The three wise men brought gifts and worshipped Jesus. After the people who sought to kill Jesus were dead, Marry and Joseph took their baby and went back to Israel to live in the city of Nazareth.

The Nativity tale that definitely everyone seems to be in many cases elementary is a mish-mash of Matthew and Luke, thereby being neither Matthew nor Luke. In Matthew, Mary and Joseph already lived in Bethlehem, have been visited by ability of the clever adult adult males of their residing house, fled to Egypt to flee Herod, and then years later, looking Bethlehem nevertheless risky, moved to Nazareth. In Luke, Mary and Joseph lived in Nazareth yet had to return and forth to Bethlehem in an Empire-huge census (that isn't pronounced in Roman information), would desire to no longer detect a room, have been visited by ability of shepherds, then spent 32 days in Jerusalem for the cleansing rituals till now returning to their residing house in Nazareth. the widespread Nativity tale is a mix of those 2.

The "Christmas" star wasn't from God. It was Satan using the star to help Herod find Jesus, who was by then 2 years old. That is why the star didn't lead the "wise men", astrologers, directly to Jesus. Instead, the star led them to King Herod who wanted to kill Jesus. God, on the other hand, used an angel to help shepherds to find Jesus. (Matthew 2:7, 8, 13, 16; Luke 2:8-12)
