A blood test can identify signs of liver damage and liver function. You can do a lot of damage to your liver before you show any obvious symptoms (other than enzyme levels in the blood), and by the time liver symptoms show up its often too late to do anything.

If your Liver was Failing from drinking you would have been drinking for over 20 years.
You would have so many other issues that you would either go to a doctor or ask for help on YA.

Liver failure results in jaundice (yellowing of the skin and eyes), blood clotting difficulties, development of varices which may bleed, and neurologic problems (which may explain your terrible grammar and spelling).
Stop drinking! Get yourself some help for alcohol addiction.
