People with confidence are more attractive to me. If you don't think that you're worth being with, then why should I go out of my way to take the time to get to know more about. I think that a lot of men who like shy women like them because they think that they can control and manipulate them easily. Some just like them because they seem "sweet" but the manipulation part seems to be the most common reason.

Both- obviously, not TOO much confidence, a girl who drags you everywhere is not exactly what every guy wants, but not too shy, either- a girl who hides behind something every time she sees a new person wouldn't make the best girlfriend either.
I'd say you're either trying to get a guy but can't figure out how- just make a few guy friends and ask them- they'd be happy to tell you... Probably.

well I AM A COMBINATION OF BOTH, shy towards the people i've just met, confident enough after the first few days and VERY confident after i've known them for, like, a month or so. and i definetly hope that's what they like!!! all you guys who answer, answer this question too: is this what you want???

Well I would like a little of both from been shy where I woudl teach her to been confident and her telling me what she wants. But a shy one woudl be better to teach her well

It doesn't matter to me if she acts shy, so long as she's confident in herself. I don't want to have to be the father figure to her and have to speak identity to her all the time. I'd rather be her companion. And companions need to have confidence in one another as well as themselves.
